About the University Student Council

The central voice of the DMMMSU student body—connecting students with the University and advancing representation, welfare, participation, and responsible leadership.

About the USC

One council.
One student voice.

The University Student Council (USC) is the supreme policy-making body of the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University Student Body Organization (DMMMSU-SBO). It represents student interests and promotes rights, welfare, participation, transparency, accountability, and service across the University.

The USC President represents the Student Body Organization in the University Board of Regents, providing student representation at the University's highest governing level.

How the USC is formed

From student participation to University service.

Student leadership moves through qualification, elections, campus leadership, and a University-level convention before the USC begins its term of service.
